Beyond the Ether

"What are we gonna do about that?" asked the red eyed man, dressed in purple.

"Why 'we'? This is YOUR problem. I don't see why it should be mines aswell, and is see alot if things." asked the second man, his suit dyed in a radiating gold, weirdly matching his pitch-black eyepatch.

"If i may remind you, we started this thing so we can help each other out. My problem is yours too. And for that, the other way around." answered the first man again, slightly showing his teeth in aggravation.

"He is right. we are for a reason. And on the stand of things, we all have the same problem even without this ring, so it doesn't matter if you don't want to do this." said the third voice, which lacked entirely of emotion, as did it's owners golden eyes who's black, spiky armor matched the second man's colours, just in reverse.

"And you, of all, never even had the struggle of getting used to not being corporeal." striked the first one back.

"The lady is right. It's more important that we gain our physical forms back before we can get you an entirely new one." said a fourth person, overall in green, his fake leg tapping on the actually not real floor.

"WHAT DID YOU JUST CALL ME?" the red eyed spirit snapped with fierce rage.

"Well, it's not my fault if you look like one. Provocates me to do so." chuckled the fourth man, grasping a string of the first ones long, silver-white hair with his thick, scaley fingers.

"Here we go again." sighed the second man in annoyance and rolled his eye.

"DEMON- SHUT UP. LIZARD- I'LL SHOW YOU WHAT YOU GET FOR THAT!" yelled the first man at the top of his lungs and lungs at the fourth one, ignoring the huge gap in size and physical strength.

"STOP. NOW." growled the fifth and last one, obviously angered by this quick escalation and grabs the first one with his tail to put him back at his place.

"And that is why we can't succeed." plainly stated the third, still showing no sign of any kind of emotion.

"The king is right. If you keep fighting over every little thing, we won't be able to ever do a single damn thing." agreed the fifth one.

"And that is because i never am the meeting leader. Thanks a lot, chimera!" lamented the second man, throwing a little.

"We are not going to discuss this again, demon. We already had problems when the fight for dominance was up between you and snake, i - we- don't need even more with you and ghost." declared chimera.

"Fine, whatever. But why is ghost even here? Even if he gets corporeal, what advantages would that have for use? It'd be okay he was a demon like me or some other kind of supernatural being like you or snake, but no, he is just a spiritual embodiement of somebody anger. Even king has more power than him!" hissed demon, a little blue shine appearing on his eyes.

"I'll take that personally." commented king, not sounding like he is going to do so.

"You may not see that now, but he IS of importance, and the origin is not always a limitation of power." answered chimera patiently.

"Me? Not seeing something? WHO DO YOU THINK I A-"

"COULD YOU PLEASE SHUT UP AND TAKE WHAT CHIMERA SAID?" barked snake, near the edge of his nerves.

"Chill." King commented again.

"Are we gonna get to business now are what?" asked ghost, not meaning it as a question.

"The key to take us all back lays in team work." stated chimera.

"And what should we do than, chimera?" asked king.

"We need to concentrate on a way to create a portal or something like that to get us out of this half-existing either-void-or-whatever-it-is- prison." said snake.

"And that is where ghost gets his key role." started king.

"Since he is an emotional spirits he still has a connection to the soul he was born from, he is able to use the soul's waves as a bridge back into reality. And if he can do it, we too, by using the same sould as bridge and his body as a medium." contuned chimera.

"If they can get into MY body," ghost toned, denying to merely a product of that person," they can get out use their powers to travel back to their own dimension and i already am back at mine than." finishing the explanation.

"What? You already came up with a plan and did not tell me?"  snapped demon, sounding both shocked and i insulted.

"we thought you see everything," left king as new comment.

"We are in the space between the dimensions, my powers don't work here, plus we are not from the same universe, so i can't apply them to you." explained demon, still offended.

"Seems like you are not that powerful after all." ghost smirked.

"now that everyone knows, we have to get going. I've got a universe to destroy!" snake interfered to avoid another fight.

"That would be the best. We can't do anything else in here anyway." concluded king.

"Let's just hope that we don't screw up." whispered chimera.
